The essentials

One display. Three working parts.

A backlit display pairs a supporting frame with LED lighting and a printed fabric graphic. The system you choose determines how those parts fit together, pack down, and get updated.

01 / Structure

The frame

Defines the display’s dimensions, shape, and assembly method.

02 / Illumination

The lighting

Lights the graphic from behind. Power and installation vary by model.

03 / Your brand

The graphic

Carries your message. SEG, pillowcase, and pop-up graphics fit different systems.

01 / Plan your space

Start with the floor plan.

Your booth footprint is the space you rent—not the exact size of the display. Check assembled width, height, depth, feet, and accessories against your exhibitor rules before choosing a wall.

Think about the view. Will visitors see the back or sides? Compare single- and double-sided configurations, then confirm exactly which surfaces are printed.

02 / Choose a system

Find the right fit for how you exhibit.

Compare the graphic attachment, setup method, and transport options together. Components and replacement graphics are specific to each display family.

Build beyond the backwall.

Add a backlit counter for reception or a tower for vertical branding. Prefer a coordinated configuration? Explore complete booth kits and check each product’s Includes section.

03 / Build your budget

Plan for the whole booth.

A wall’s starting price is only one part of the plan. Compare your selected configuration, what comes with it, and what you’ll need at the venue.

Future shows

Compatible replacement graphics and changes to your booth configuration.

Keep the hardware. Refresh the message. Many systems support replacement graphics. Match the original display family, size, and printed sides; a graphics-only order does not include a new frame or lights unless listed.

04 / Prepare your artwork

Design for the show floor.

Give visitors one clear message to understand at a glance. Keep key content visible above furniture and use the template for your exact display, size, and printed-side configuration.

  1. Start with the correct template.

Follow its dimensions, bleed, and safe areas. Check the artwork guidelines before building your file.

  2. Prepare a focused design.

Use readable type, high-quality images, and space around the message. See our artwork design best practices.

  3. Review before production.

Standard artwork proofing includes a complimentary 3D rendering of your artwork on the selected display. Review and approve the final artwork before production begins.

05 / Get show-ready

Make the first setup a rehearsal.

Allow time to unpack, check the components, and assemble your display before leaving for the event. Follow the instructions for your exact system—graphic installation and LED connections differ between models.

Before you travel

Check the packed dimensions and weight, confirm your case selection, and make sure your team knows how the parts fit together.

On the show floor

Confirm venue power, follow the assembly instructions, and check the lighting and graphic fit before visitors arrive.

After the event

Inspect the frame, graphics, and cables. Follow the product’s care instructions and pack clean, dry components in their protective cases.

Work backward from your in-hand date. Allow for artwork preparation and approval, production, and transit. Production starts after artwork approval. Contact us before ordering to confirm a firm event deadline.
