- Checkout: Proceed to /checkout. Enter billing/shipping details and select shipping method.
- Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For purchase orders, contact Sales to request net terms or submit a PO.
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email summary with order number and next steps. For custom quotes or large orders, a sales rep will reach out.

Proofing Process
Every order—artwork you supply or we design—goes through free digital proofing:- Resolution, bleed, and layout checks
- PDF proof sent via email (typically within 24 business hours)
- Production starts only after your approval
Artwork Best Practices
- Use CMYK color mode for print accuracy
- Provide files at 120 DPI (minimum 150 DPI for large formats)
- Outline all fonts or include font files
- Keep text and logos within the “safe zone”
- Design bold, large visuals—fine details can get lost from a distance
- Embed or link all images—no missing links in layered files

Uploading Artwork
After placing your order, upload artwork via our Artwork Upload Portal.
Include your order number in file names or notes to ensure proper pairing with your production order.
Turnaround Times
- Standard Production: 4–6 business days after final proof approval
- Shipping: 1–4 business days, depending on destination
Shipping Policy
Most displays ship in protective cases with wheels.
Some orders arrive in multiple split shipments (hardware & graphics).
We ship via UPS Ground and FedEx.
Returns & Refunds
Defective or damaged items may be returned at no cost within 30 business days of delivery.
Custom-printed graphics are non-returnable unless there’s a print error.

Can I change the graphics on my display later?
Yes! All displays support replacement SEG graphics. Purchase graphics-only kits to refresh your visuals seasonally or for new campaigns.
Are your LED lights UL-certified?
Yes—our LED drivers and modules are UL-listed and meet indoor event safety requirements.
Can I add a monitor or TV to my display?
Many kits support VESA mounts. Check your product’s Accessories section or contact us at support@britebooth.com for compatibility details.
What booth sizes do you support?
We offer modular walls and full kits for standard 10×10 and 10×20 spaces, plus custom configurations for larger exhibits.
What warranty covers my display?
Hardware frames have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Fabric graphics are covered for 1 year for colorfastness and material integrity.
How do I clean and maintain the fabric graphics?
Spot-clean with a mild soap solution. For deeper cleaning, hand-wash in cool water and air-dry flat. Avoid bleach and machine drying.
Do you offer design services?
Yes—our in-house design team provides flat-rate concept development, custom layouts, and 3D renderings. All orders include free digital proofing.
