Design & Artwork Process
1. Templates
Each product comes with a downloadable artwork template to guide graphic design. You’ll find a link to download the template on each product page under “Artwork Templates.” These files are typically in AI or PDF format and show bleed zones, safe zones, and final dimensions.
2. Design Services
Don’t have a designer? No problem. Our flat-rate exhibit design service includes:
- Initial concept based on your branding
- Custom layout tailored to your booth configuration
- 3D renderings for visualization
3. Proofing Process
Whether you supply your own artwork or use our design service, every order goes through a free proofing process:
- We check for resolution, bleed, and layout issues.
- We send you a digital proof via email for approval.
- You sign off on the proof before we proceed to print.
4. Best Practices for Artwork
- Use CMYK color mode for accuracy
- 300dpi resolution preferred for fabric prints
- Outline fonts or include them with your file
- Keep text and logos inside the “safe zone”
- Large visuals work better than small detailed ones from a distance
5. Uploading Artwork
Once your order is placed, you can upload files via our Artwork Upload Portal. Make sure to include your order number in the filename or notes.
Turnaround Times
- Standard production: 4–6 business days after artwork approval
- Shipping time varies by location (typically 1–4 business days)
Shipping Policy
Displays typically ship in protective hard cases with wheels. Large items may arrive in multiple shipments (hardware + graphics).
FAQs
Can I change the graphics on my display later?
Yes! All displays support replacement SEG graphics. You can purchase graphics-only sets to refresh your display seasonally or for new campaigns.
Are your LED lights UL-certified?
Yes, our lighting systems are UL listed and suitable for indoor events and venues with safety restrictions.
Can I add a monitor or TV?
Many display models support monitor mounts. Check the product page or contact us if you’re unsure. Maximum monitor size is usually around 32-40” depending on panel width.
What size booth spaces do you support?
We offer kits and modular walls for standard 10x10, 10x20, and larger custom spaces. Towers and counters can be added to any configuration.
